Armstrong’s Halloween Ghost Walk A Spooky Success!

Armstrong held its first Halloween Ghost Walk event on the evening of Friday, October 30th. The event was very well-attended and well-received by Armstrong residents. All in attendance were very respectful of social distancing measures.

Armstrong’s 2020 Halloween Ghost Walk was organized by Patti Noonan from the Armstrong Spallumcheen Chamber of Commerce, Mark Trussell from the Canadian Royal Antiques Post, and lots of volunteers from the Asparagus Community Theatre, local businesses, and local schools.

The Ghost Walk started at Armstrong’s Spirit Station on Pleasant Valley Boulevard, in front of the Royal Canadian Legion. There were entertaining stops with ghostly skits all around the old downtown. Ghosts welcomed guests at Frugal Frocks/The Guy Next Door, The Brown Derby Cafe, the Memorial Park Gazebo (see list of parks in Armstrong), and Centennial Hall.

The Armstrong Halloween Ghost Walk was a wonderfully wacky, spooky success! Here are some photos of this frighteningly festive community event:
